I'll run through here sometimes when I'm pressed for time and heading somewhere. Generally it's okay, the people are nice most of the time. But they do mess up your order and for one reason or another they do not know what a fresh biscuit is. I gotta remember that.
You have officially lost one customer, who will go to all platforms to share the experience. Your customer service is horrendous. The drive-thru attendant had trouble hearing my order, and failed to clarify. Charged me for 2 drink instead of 2 fries. The lady at the second window, was wonderful, and I mean it. She tried everything she could to have the issue resolved, and it seemed like Management walked all over her. Derrick, who I believe to be the manager, was showing attitude towards me. I got the name when overhearing the crew asking where someone was, and I assume it was the manager, as only they are supposed to refund orders. Under no circumstance is it ever acceptable for a manager to show a negative attitude towards a guest. I work at a restaurant, and never ever do we show a negative attitude towards a guest. He seemed as if it was inconvenience to give me a refund, or get my order correct. Also, I waited close to 10 minutes for fresh fries, and saw 3 cars drive off before I got my order. That is unacceptable, when asked to pull forward and I should have priority as I've been there the longest. Also, when I didn't get my apple pies, the crew tried to play it off as if I didn't order it. I have the receipt I got apple pies. Then they told me it would be 12 minutes for them. If I have to wait that long, then why wasn't I informed at the window, or when placing my order. WRONG. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Finally, if it is such an inconvenience for an order to be fulfilled, then I will gladly take my money and business to another competitor who will gladly give me better customer service and quality of food.
This is the worst McDonald's on Cincinnati! They never ever get an order right. They give McDonald's a bad name. No matter how many times I contact corporate to complain it never gets better. I avoid this store like the plague.

This is the Best McDonald's I have ever been to . The tables are clean and service was fast and correct. You were greeted with a smile.The daytime staff seem to work in Harmony. I don't know who the manger name but I think she looks like Whitney Houston.
